PROCAI is an AI procurement platform for buyers and procurement teams, from a one person buyer to an enterprise team with an approval chain. Each module takes a plain input, returns a working document, and leaves the decision with a person.
Supplier search

What can I do with PROCAI today?
Search for suppliers by material and country. Send one RFQ to all of them from your own Gmail, Microsoft 365 or SMTP mailbox. Turn the quotations you get back into a comparison sheet you can export to Excel or PDF.
Can I upload my own quotations?
Yes. Upload the supplier quotations as PDF, Excel, Word, CSV or images, no item list needed. PROCAI reads every line and builds a side by side comparison for you to check.
Is PROCAI only for sourcing?
No. Sourcing is only the first step. PROCAI also covers RFQ outreach to many suppliers at once, reply and bounce tracking, and AI quotation comparison, so the whole request to award flow lives in one place. Enterprise workspaces add a purchase requisition to purchase order approval workflow.
Who is PROCAI built for?
Procurement teams in construction, manufacturing, engineering and government, and anyone who runs RFQs and compares quotations. That ranges from a single buyer to an enterprise team with an approval chain. There is no minimum team size.
Do I need technical knowledge to use it?
No. Describe the material or service in plain language and choose the countries to search. There is nothing to install, no supplier database to import and no setup beyond signing up. PROCAI runs in the browser.
Can PROCAI handle the purchase enquiries that arrive by email?
Yes. On Team, Professional and Enterprise plans an AI agent watches the mailbox or forwarding address you give it. It reads each enquiry and its attachments, extracts the items, matches suppliers from your own lists and prepares the RFQ. You choose whether it waits for your approval, sends after a delay you can cancel, or sends on its own. Free and Individual plans get a one time 7 day free trial, 70 requests with every RFQ approved by you, starting when you link a mailbox.
Does PROCAI have an approval workflow for purchase orders?
Yes, for enterprise workspaces. A request moves through eight steps from purchase requisition to purchase order: quotation collection, technical review, commercial comparison, budget review, PO preparation, final approval and signature, and PO to supplier. Each step has a named role, and every handover is recorded.
